Context Engineering & Agentic AI Systems | 2024 - Present
Architecting the DevOps/IaC Nexus: a governed multi-agent orchestration system treating AI context as Infrastructure as Code. Key outcomes: 40–60% development velocity improvement and 85–95% AI task success rate. The system features ADR-first development protocol (158+ Architecture Decision Records), immutable handoff protocols for agent-to-agent continuity, unified task architecture backed by Git JSONL, and file locking protocols for concurrent agent operations. Built with MCP (Model Context Protocol), Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and Windsurf. Custom AI tooling includes CRAFT Prompt Engineering, Deep-Research Prompt Engineer, Discernment Partner, and Meta-Prompt Engineer Gems — 10+ shared Gemini Gems with full cookbook documentation.
Rivian Digital Workplace Platform Engineering | 2024 - Present
Owning end-to-end Digital Workplace strategy for the Rivian & VW Group Technologies joint venture. Led the organization's 6-month Microsoft-to-Google Workspace transition. Authored 102 articles in the Context Engineering Confluence KB, achieving 2,855 views and 37.3% organizational reach. Deployed Gemini Enterprise and NotebookLM with 150+ curated sources. Built a Prompt Library Marketplace App (Google Apps Script) for the internal Google Workspace Marketplace. Created 8 federated service accounts for secure cross-platform integrations. Delivered the Context Engineering Google Talk (July 2025) — an org-wide presentation that catalyzed AI literacy adoption.
Three-Domain Personal Web Platform | 2025 - Present
Engineering three interconnected personal websites sharing a single Notion CMS backend with 15+ databases. JohnClicks.com (this site) runs on a static HTML foundation with a planned Gatsby + GraphQL migration. JohnClick.dev will be a developer blog in the style of Simon Willison, featuring TILs and technical articles. JohnClick.ai will showcase a 3D knowledge graph built with React Three Fiber and Three.js, featuring interactive skill spaces and model evaluation radial graphs. Architecture governed by 6+ ADRs, automated via GitHub Actions, and deployed on Netlify.
