Led strategic initiatives and operations to support the COVID-19 pandemic response. Developed and implemented a new applicant tracking system, onboarding process, and social media strategy that grew the organization from 30 to over 400 employees and volunteer alumni. Lead DevOps and system engineering for Project N95's entire technology stack, including roadmap planning and deployment.
THE WHITE HOUSE Office of Scheduling & Advance	Volunteer Advance Associate	January 2020 - Present
Serve in an support role on the White House Advance team, planning and executing presidential and vice presidential events. Managed complex stakeholder alignment and logistics for major Presidential events across the United States. Rapidly coordinate with colleagues and collaborators in high-pressure environments while managing multiple, concurrent projects simultaneously.
GOOGLE CLOUD Technical Infrastructure	Administrative Business Partner Data Center Delivery & Engineering (DCDE)	January 2017 – October 2017
Provided administrative support to a VP and two Directors, managing 1800 global Google Data Center construction team reports. Coordinated travel, event, and hotel logistics for global team summits in Singapore and Sunnyvale, California. Acquired enterprise-level expertise in G Suite tools.
THE WHITE HOUSE Office of Management & Administration	Information Services Operator Switchboard	January 2011 – January 2017
Personally staffed President Obama and determined proper call routing for calls to/from foreign Heads of State, Cabinet Secretaries, Members of Congress, senior staff, state/local government officials, the entire First Family, and private citizens during unfolding crises. Coordinated distribution of Press reports and White House Situation Room internal briefs to switchboard staff. Earned White House Personnel Security Office Clearance: Adjudicated to Top Secret-level, granted Secret.
THE WHITE HOUSE Office of Scheduling & Advance	Advance Associate Administration of President Barack Obama	October 2009 – January 2017
Supported logistics for over 15 Presidential trips, including hotel operations for the traveling staff attending during the First Family’s visit to Yosemite National Park, California. Coordinated distribution of Press reports and White House Situation Room internal briefs to switchboard staff. Personally briefed President Barack Obama on his arrival to Forsyth Technical Community College, North Carolina after arranging all site logistics to support the visit.
OBAMA CAMPAIGN Primary & General Election Campaigns	Field Organizer	November 2007 – November 2008
Led Field Operations in bellweather Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with Obama / Biden winning 18,534 votes (51.28%). Mobilized hundreds of volunteers to & accompanying logistics to support voter contact and persuasion efforts across diverse constituencies for primaries and general election campaigns in multiple states. Developed and implemented a comprehensive field plan that resulted in a 10% increase in voter turnout in Bucks County for the general election.
