Events Portfolio
15+ years designing high-stakes spatial experiences
for the White House and Presidential campaigns.

Made in America
Transformed an active factory floor into a formal presidential speaking venue as part of a Made in America initiative. Designed staging that embraced the industrial setting — positioning the podium, American flags with gold eagle finials, and branded signage within the production line framework. Active machinery and safety equipment left in frame as intentional visual context.
Design principle: Government meeting industry where the work happens.

Labor Rally Event Design
Designed and staged a campaign labor rally merging Harris/Walz branding with labor movement identity. Featured a large VOTE marquee sign in red/white/blue bulb lights as the primary focal point, coordinated “Labor for Harris Walz” and “Made in America” signage, and positioned IBEW and LIUNA union workers on stage as visible supporters.
Balanced two visual identities — campaign polish with grassroots authenticity.
Running Mate Announcement — Philadelphia
Led a team of 48+ Advance Associates for VP Harris’s visit to Philadelphia to announce her choice of running mate for the 2024 presidential campaign. Coordinated multi-agency logistics including Secret Service, local officials, and national press corps for one of the most high-profile moments of the campaign cycle.
Presidential Storm Damage Tour — Capitola, CA
Personally briefed President Biden upon arrival to tour storm damage in Capitola, CA. Served as primary liaison between local business owners, U.S. Secret Service, local political leadership, and White House staff. Managed sensitive community interactions during an active disaster response.

White House Easter Egg Rolls & State Arrivals
Supervised the 2016 Easter Egg Roll entrance staff team of 80+, responsible for entry of over 35,000 guests. Led teams for 6 State Arrivals (11,000+ guests) and 5 Easter Egg Rolls — among the largest and most complex events the White House produces each year.

Harris/Walz Campaign Denim Jacket
Designed and curated a custom Levi’s denim jacket as a team-building wearable for the Harris/Walz presidential campaign. Features embroidered “UNBURDENED” lettering, VP seal patch, campaign signature, and curated city/state patches representing campaign stops. The jacket functions as a wearable timeline telling the story of the campaign trail.
VP Debate Preparations — Pittsburgh
Served as Site Lead for VP Harris’s confidential debate preparations in Pittsburgh, PA. Managed venue security, access control, and operational secrecy for one of the most sensitive pre-election activities. Coordinated with Secret Service and campaign leadership to ensure complete operational integrity.
Savannah, GA — 2-Day Bus Tour
Led advance operations for a 2-day bus tour through Savannah, Georgia with multiple high-stakes campaign events. Managed rolling logistics across venues, motorcade coordination, local stakeholder engagement, and press positioning for each stop.
